Mathilde Pernias has a PhD in Management Sciences, specializing in socio-environmental accounting, and holds a Master’s degree in Development Economics from Grenoble Alpes University and a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Audencia. She worked in the CSR department of a major group before joining the academic world. She is now a member of the Multi-Capital Global Performance Chair, where she is contributing to the development of a socio-environmental accounting model for major groups. Her research focuses in particular on the link between the individual and organizational change, and on gender accounting within socio-environmental accounting models.
