Patrice Geoffron holds a PhD in industrial economics and is a professor at the University of Paris-Dauphine, where he was interim president and international vice-president. He also directed the Economics Laboratory (LEDa) from 2007 to 2015. He has been a visiting professor at Bocconi University in Milan for several years, and is a member of the Cercle des Économistes.
Previously, he served on the World Board of the International Association for Energy Economics and as an expert to the Citizens’ Climate Convention.
